Levelling Up in Christ-Likeness. This is the mission and vision statement that the YA Maturity team stands for and the reason of our existence as a team. Last school year was probably a very memorable year for us in the YA maturity team. Last year, we launched the YA Friday Level Up (which is our weekly Bible Studies) and last July 5, 2008, we took a risk of launching the first UPGRADE seminar which by Gods grace has been followed by UPGRADE version 1.2 last August 31 to September 1, 2008. We also launched our LUJ project or the Level Up Journal which encourages everyone to go back to the basic of their own personal time and devotional with God. We also implemented our YA Maturity Team UPLIFT in which I dont know if some have been doing it, UPLIFT is our own 3:00 oclock prayer habit which is the prayer chain of the team in which we agreed to pray every 3pm wherever we are. The pursuit continues this school year. The YA Maturity Team continues the March of the Unqualified who are willing to disciple and to serve the Lord by involving in the YA Maturity team by being a Bible Study leader. Last June 16, 2009 the Upgrade version 2.1 was launched. With the help of the supportive Upgrade working committee and Ptr. Marty Lumigis as the Upgrade speaker, 24 new Bible Study leaders were trained.
